- Locate venues on Navarre or Pensacola Beach to best host your wedding, reception, and guests
- Work out availability, scheduling and budgets with caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and other vendors-including comprehensive timeline down to the minute
- Schedule appointments and tasting with vendors if desired
- Consult on creative aspects of event-including color scheme and theme
- Find and book chairs, arbors, decor, etc. if needed
- Supervise the wedding ceremony and set up of the reception
- Coordinate and personally conduct the rehearsal
- Organize and direct wedding processional and recessional
- Set up schedule with photographer for formal portraits and wedding day coverage, including desired shot list, first look locations, etc.
- Oversee vendors to ensure all arrangements as desired
- Complete management of reception details and flow of evening
